1. Cut the raffia paper 3 inches long and bend in half.
2.Pull the crochet needle through the hole in the jute placemats. Wrap the raffia around the hook of the needle and pull the needle through the hole. Push the end of the raffia paper through the hole and tie a knot.
3.Complete the entire placemat and trim the edges to 1 inch long.
